Desert Foothills Land Trust works with communities and partners to protect, preserve and steward sensitive lands and species for the survival of the fragile Sonoran Desert. The Land Trust serves Cave Creek, Carefree, North Scottsdale, North Phoenix and other Foothills communities, and has protected 620 acres since 1991.

Desert Foothills Library

Desert Foothills Library is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing library services to the Foothills Community. Funding for the Library comes from community members like you.

Foothills Animal Rescue

Foothills Animal Rescue (FAR) is a non-profit, volunteer organization established in 1995. The mission of FAR is to provide shelter, care, resource and adoption services for many of the thousands of domestic cats and dogs that stray, become lost or are abandoned each year in Maricopa county. FAR has a focus on animals with special needs.

Foothills Food Bank

Foothills Food Bank & Resource Center provides emergency food and financial assistance to individuals in need.
